Account Verification (KYC)
xxbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds or at any other time at xxbet's discretion. KYC verification may require submission of a clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, and may also require proof of payment method ownership such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number. Account Security Obligations

Clause 4.3
Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Clause 5.1
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement for the xxbet welcome bonus is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Qualifying bets are defined as real-money bets placed on eligible games; bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to the wagering requirement. Clause 5.2
Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the applicable expiry period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry status of their bonus funds in their account dashboard. xxbet is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse
xxbet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where xxbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to collectively farm bonus value; or providing false information during registration to circumvent eligibility requirements. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and any winnings derived from abuse voided.
6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Clause 8.2
Fraudulent Activity

Clause 9.1
Grounds for Suspension
xxbet may suspend a player account where: (a) xxbet has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) xxbet is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (d) the player's identity cannot be verified to xxbet's satisfaction; (e) the player has failed to complete KYC documentation within the required timeframe; (f) the account shows signs of access by an unauthorised third party; or (g) xxbet determines that the player no longer meets the eligibility criteria in Clause 2. During a suspension period, the player may not access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals.
Clause 9.2
Account Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their xxbet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, xxbet will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
10. Intellectual Property
